Mickey Mouse – The Official Mascot Of Disney
Mickey Mouse is probably the most beloved cartoon character of them all. He is the mascot of the Walt Disney movie company. Mickey Mouse was first drawn back in 1928 and starred in his first short film, “Steamboat Willie” that same year. His creator, Walt Disney, was Mickey’s original voice. In the beginning, Mickey didn’t have white gloves but was later given such, in order for his naturally black hands to contrast with his all black body. Mickey Mouse is so famous, that he even has his own star on the Walk of Fame.
